About
I'm Jordan. I coach real people.
I'm Jordan, a certified personal trainer who's spent the last decade coaching everyday people in real gyms. I'm not a doctor or a registered dietitian — I'm the guy who shows you how to actually train, eat, and stay consistent without the nonsense.
I've been coaching since 2014. I started on the gym floor racking weights and correcting deadlift form, and I never really left. Over the years I've worked with hundreds of regular people — desk workers, new parents, ex-athletes trying to get back, folks who'd never touched a barbell. I hold a nationally accredited personal training certification, but I want to be straight with you: I'm not a physician and I'm not a registered dietitian. Nothing here is medical advice. What I am is a coach who has watched what actually works for real people over thousands of training sessions, and that's exactly what I write about.
How I work
I don't sell magic. I'm the coach who tells you the boring truth: the program you'll actually do beats the perfect program you'll quit in three weeks. Most of what I write here comes straight from the gym floor — the cues that finally make a deadlift click, the schedule tweaks that let a busy parent train three days a week and stick with it, the mindset shifts that turn a January resolution into a year-round habit.
What I am — and what I'm not
I hold a nationally accredited personal training certification and I've spent over ten years coaching general-population clients. But let me be completely clear: I'm not a doctor and I'm not a registered dietitian. Everything on this site is general fitness information from a coach's experience, not medical or nutritional advice. If you've got a health condition, an injury, or you're making big changes, talk to a qualified professional first.
